Privacy policy
What we collect when you use this site, and what we do with it. In short: very little, and nothing you would not expect.
Who we are
Auritron is a trade name of Lowman Enterprises, LLC, 12060 County Line Rd Ste J #269, Madison, AL 35756. This policy covers auritron.com and the Auritron client portal. TaskSaber has its own privacy policy.
When you book a call
When you request a Business Systems Call, we receive what you enter: your name, work email, company, company size, the systems you use, your message, the time you pick or the window you prefer, and your time zone. We use it only to reply, schedule the call and prepare for it. If you pick an open time, the request is saved in our scheduling system and assigned to one member of our team, who reviews it in our internal portal. We email the request to our team, and a copy to you, through Amazon Simple Email Service.
Microsoft Teams
Calls happen on Microsoft Teams. When we confirm your call, we send a calendar invite to the email you gave us. Microsoft handles the meeting itself under its own privacy statement.
What we collect automatically
To stop repeated or automated requests, we record your IP address against a short-lived counter when you load open times or send the booking form. Counters are deleted automatically within 15 minutes. Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, keeps standard server logs for security and troubleshooting.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not follow you across other sites. We only see totals.
Bot protection
The booking form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. To make that check, Cloudflare receives your IP address and signals from your browser. They are not used for advertising.
If you are a client
The client portal uses your name and email to give you an account. Passwords are checked by Amazon Cognito; we do not store them. Each sign-in also emails you a one-time code that expires after 10 minutes, and sign-in attempts are rate-limited by IP address and email the same way the booking form is. Inside the portal, we keep what you and our team add to your projects, such as updates, tasks, comments and meeting requests, and use it only to deliver and support your work. The portal sets secure cookies that keep you signed in and remembers your light or dark theme in your browser. Neither is used for tracking.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with the providers named here (Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Microsoft), as needed to run the site and portal, or when the law requires it.
Where it is stored and how it is protected
Your information is stored with Amazon Web Services in the United States. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and only team members who need it to do their work can see it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep call requests and our correspondence for as long as they are useful to the conversation or business relationship, then delete them. Client portal content is kept for the length of our work together and afterward only as long as needed for records we are required to keep. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Children
This site and the portal are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Your choices
